Processing Time
For 'Design Your Own Keycaps' customers - Your mock-up will be produced within 1-3 working days. Once the mock-up has been finalised, we aim to build and send out your set within 5-7 working days.

Other products are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.

Depending on where you live, shipping will take the following times:

UK (1-3 working days)

EU (5-7 working days)

International (10-14 working days)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to notify that you would like a refund, and 30 days to send us back your items.

However, we do not accept returns on any custom design orders created through the 'Design Your Own Keycaps' section of our website or when additional text has been added.
